To process transactions
Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested. The email address you provide for order processing, will only be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order.
To send periodic emails
The email address you provide via our newsletter signup page will only be used to send you our electronic newsletter. We will not automatically add you to our email list from the online order form unless you opt into our mailing.
Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in conducting our business, or servicing you (ie UPS, FedEx), so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided for other uses.
California Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance
Because we value your privacy we have taken the necessary precautions to be in compliance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act. We therefore will not distribute your personal information to outside parties without your consent.
Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance
We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.
We accept Visa/Mastercard and Discover.
A check or money order is acceptable but will delay your order up to three weeks from the time we deposit the check or money order.

RKA Product Warranty:
RKA has a limited lifetime warranty from defects in workmanship and replacement of any zipper or hardware that fails, for the original owner
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear,damage or failure caused by faulty installation, abuse or misuse.
Crash damage is not covered and not considered normal use.
We want everyone to be a happy camper, but sometimes things do not work out.
If you want to return something you have thirty days from the date it's ship it from the RKA shop.
This should give anyone plenty of time to receive and evaluate the product.
Used luggage is not returnable, The product must be returned in the orginal box and be in NEW resaleable condition. In some extreme cases a restocking fee may be charged.
Call the shop before you return ANYTHING and get a return authorization number (RA) and let us know what the problem is so we can note it on your invoice.
Packages received with no RA number will be refused and returned to sender.

Any luggage returned for repair MUST be WASHED!!
RKA charges $10.00 for shipping most packages, (Some higher due to size and/or weight). We will quote you the charge for shipping at the time the order is placed and of course the grand total. ;-) Please understand that our luggage ships lite but UPS charges for "Dimensional Weight" sometimes it's the SIZE of the box NOT the weight. All orders going to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico must be shipped 2nd day air.

RKA's first choice with you fine people from the North is "United States Postal Service" Global Express. This seems to be the way of choice for must of you and seems to work the best and least expensive.

On line orders get your tracking number automaticly. In house orders give us your e-mail and we will send the tracking number.
